  • -        The use of curves to represent organic forms, modern architecture being a derivation from evolution and nature
  • -        The use of Undulating lines is contrasted to vertical structures to create a sensory experience
  • -        The minimalist of design especially regarding colour and tone, is a transport for complexity and adaptation to the urban environment

  • -        The use of geometric facades and exteriors to enhance the overall design of the building
  • -        Primitive shapes are developed into more wholesome and complete ideas when intertwined with the rest of the form
  • -        The prominence use of Boolean and extrusion from base flat surfaces to create as opposed to using conventional addition and morphing of shapes
  • -        Wooden interiors to contrast white smooth exteriors to enhance each components individual appeal
